It has been observed that certain works were being recorded as Completed or Physically Completed despite very low financial expenditure, raising concerns about the accuracy of reporting. To address this, a provision has been introduced to exclude any work with less than 50% expenditure from the completed works count in the rainking. Only works that demonstrate meaningful financial progress will now be recognised as complete, ensuring that completion status reflects actual ground-level execution.

The full list of such works can be viewed and downloaded from the Work Monitor page, enabling field officers to review and investigate these cases.

A grading system has been introduced to provide a quick visual assessment of work execution progress based on expenditure percentage:

  🟢 Grade A — 80% and above
  🔵 Grade B — 70% and above
  🟡 Grade C — 60% and above
  🔴 Grade D — Below 60%

Grades allow officers and reviewers to assess execution pace at a glance without examining individual figures.

A new work category has been added under the WoW (Works of Water) programme: Water Tank Cleaning in Schools. Works under this category are now tracked, monitored, and reportable across all dashboard views. Relevant stakeholders should ensure works of this type are correctly categorised at the time of entry.

A comprehensive grading system for PMKSY Watersheds has been introduced. Each watershed is now assessed and graded based on a composite of five parameters:

  📌 NRM Target Achievement — progress against sanctioned physical targets
  💰 Expenditure — financial utilisation against allocation
  📋 Valuation — recorded valuation of completed works
  📍 Geotagging — geo-tagged coverage of works on ground
  🔧 Progress of Works — overall execution status of works within the watershed

This grading enables a holistic, data-driven ranking of watersheds and supports targeted monitoring and intervention.

Excel export has been enabled across all data tables in the application. Users can now download any table's data directly to a .xlsx file with a single click, facilitating offline analysis, reporting, and sharing with stakeholders who do not have direct access to the dashboard.

On the Rankings page, each work category column (Farm Pond, Dugwell Recharge, etc.) can now be expanded to reveal a detailed score breakup. Simply click on any category header to expand it; click again to collapse.

  🟢 Part B — Expenditure: Remaining Works · Cost of Remaining · Wage Booked · Material Booked · Part B Marks

This makes it easy to identify exactly where a district, block, or GP is gaining or losing marks within any individual category.
